7-Days Return/Refund Policy

For any damaged or unfitted goods (except the prescribed lens), you can request a refund within 7 days from receiving your order under the conditions below:

  • The products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all product tags, labels, certificates, instructions, authenticity cards, eyewear care items, dust bags, cases, and all packaging attached and included.

  • You must include the original/electronic invoice upon return.

Non-Refundable Items/Conditions

  • Deposits on prescription lenses are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • All discounted and sale items are final sales. No refund, no
    exchange, no warranties & sold as is.

  • For a prescription frame and lenses, you can request a refund only for the frame. (Some restrictions apply ) All prescription lenses ( Single Vision, Progressive ) are not refundable due to their personalized production.

  • Products damaged by misuse or abuse.

  • Products do not conform with the return condition above.


  • All exchanges and warranties are subject to inspection.

  • We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method than what was previously used to purchase the original purchase.
